Shipping Policy

Free shipping for items over $150* (excludes over-sized items, which are marked as over-size). 

We offer Click + Collect from the Aireys Inlet store only, just follow the prompts + add your details during check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

We endeavour to have accurate stock levels online, however we are human. All shipments are subject to availability. 

Standard orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days.
Parcels are shipped via Australia Post or a courier – you will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.

Returns Policy

Online Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your online purchase with From Around Here Torquay. We will happily exchange, provide store credit or a full refund* on your purchase if the item ordered is not right for you. 

  • For a refund, exchange or credit note you need to contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it. Items returned outside of the 14 day window are not eligible. 

  • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charges and refunded once all items are returned.

  • All refunds will be via original payment method only.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

  • There is no exchange or return on sale items.

  • Any purchase from From Around Here Torquay can only be exchanged at this store with proof of purchase

  • Exchanges will be processed as a new order and shipping charges will be applied.

  • All returns are at the expense of the customer and we recommend you use a trackable courier, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if there is a problem with your order.  We can then assess the problem and rectify the issue.  

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In-store Returns Policy

We will happily exchange or provide store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

  • To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

  • Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged; Perishable goods (such as food or plants), earrings, underwear , custom orders and personal care goods (beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions regarding your specific item.

Gift Vouchers

For that special occasion, give the gift of choice with a From Around Here Aireys Inlet Gift Voucher. You can shop with a Gift Voucher Online or In store and it's valid for 12 months from date of issue.

If you would like us to post the voucher directly to the recipient, please write the receivers name, address and phone number in the 'Order Notes' which will pop up when you add the Gift Card to your shopping cart.
